Our team consists of just two - myself and my Social Media Manager, Christina. Christina works remotely, so I'm looking for someone to be in the office with me on a weekly basis for all aspects of the business - shipping, customer service, product development, photography, etc.
Title of Role: Assistant/Creative Assistant (a true number two)
Hours: 10-20 hours per week, depending on needs (closer to 20 hours per week during holiday season), must be available for weekday hours -- M-F 10-5, availability around holidays
Compensation: will be discussed at interview!
Location: Our office is located in Ashburn, VA, so you must be able to travel to Ashburn on a weekly basis.
Characteristics of a great candidate: Creative, organized, detail-oriented, quick learner, interest in fashion/personal style and accessories, flexible -- willing to wear many hats and jump around from task to task, someone who is excited about EA and being a part of a small business and helping it grow!
Previous experience is not required, although always a benefit!
Experience with: Shopify, Photoshop, Quickbooks, Photography - DSLR are all a plus! Most everything you will be tasked with will be on-the-job training.
